Meet Aiden — our Costa Rica natural process coffee, grown at Finca La Guaca, one of Café Rivense's high-elevation growing areas at 1,600 masl in the Chirripó micro-region. This fruit-forward natural process coffee delivers notes of dried strawberry, sugarcane, and general fruitiness — a light-medium roast built for flash brew or pourover. Café Rivense is a family-run farm and micromill founded in 2005 by Régulo Ureña and Isabel Rojas, now run alongside their children.
